Excellent Customer Service. I bought the Small Business Plan writer and only then did I realise it wasn't compatible with a Mac. There was no quibbling regarding a refund, although it was my mistake, and I got my money returned straight away. Excellent Customer Service!
Without your product my life would have been a lot more stressful for me during this daunting start-up period. Business Plan Writer really does make sure you cover all the aspects and creates a greater focus to ensure you include the finer detail.

So love that I found this web site. From the minute I opened the business plan writer I felt less stressed. The business plan was circulated last week and the comments - "very professional document", "wonderful job", "we all feel as if we know where we are going now". I would recommend it to anyone doing business planning - takes 98% of the pain away (well, no pain no gain!).

What can I say? This product is superb! As someone who was used to having teams of accountants to model, tweak and ammend business plans for me, I was genuinely impressed with BPW when the need arose for me to 'get down and dirty' with the dark art of business plan writing for myself!
After a very simplistic payment and download, I was intuitively entering data and benefiting from output financials within a matter of hours.
As a direct result of this product I have secured investment for my product and will be taking my product to market in the very near future.
The product support is second to none; if only all 'customer service' was as swift and professional as that provided by BPW.
I cannot commend this product highly enough - can't wait for the 5 year business plan to come out; talk about an even steeper learning curve!

There are many business plans software but most of them are USA biased. For a UK system, I recommend it fully and also am looking forward to the upgrade to 5 year-business plan.

It really helps to organise your thoughts and ideas to produce a professional business plan. The financial aspect of the software is invaluable.

Ive got loads of templates and other peoples versions of Business Plans but have been prevaricating how/where exactly I should start.
I like the way the kit gets you over this hesitancy and gets you to dive straight in using its structure for your ideas and content knowing you can be confident you'll cover everything acceptably whilst allowing you to reshape as/if desired along the way. Better than scrolling up and down a fifty page word document
an online version or other way to collaborate would be great.
I found Business Plan Writer an invaluable tool for making decisions that I didn't know needed to be made in setting up a business for the first time. Although I am not using my Business Plan to apply for external finance, the process of completing the document made me make decisions and refine my business idea to a working strategic concept. Excellent product. Having created many business plans for small businesses I’m very impressed with the ease in which a new business plan can be created. I have previously used Business Plan Pro which is very thorough and time consuming. However, Business Plan Writer does the same job and is easier to navigate and to complete, plus is only a fraction of the cost.
