There are several changes to how Business Plan Writer looks and feels, as well as improvements to some functions but a lot of work has gone into behind-the-scenes development making Business Plan Writer more robust and quietly efficient.

New Colour Scheme & Layout of the 'Words' Screen

The 'Words' screen of Business Plan Writer is where you write the text of your business plan (nearly all the other screens are to do with the numbers side of your business plan).

The layout and colour scheme of this crucail screen has been refreshed to make it easier to find your way around, easier on the eye, and easier to focus on your business plan and not on our software!

Improved 'Restore Default Business Plan Structure' function.

There are times when you want to change your mind - and when you are writing your business plan you want to be able to expirement - so when you decide you would like to 'undelete' a section of your business plan that you had previously zapped - or if you would like to return to the default structure of the business plan - then it is easy to do so.

'Compact, Repair & Backup' function to keep your work safe.

Business Plan Writer saves your work to a database and this new backup function first of all checks your data file for any errors, then compacts it to ensure top performance and finally makes a backup copy of it and places it in a seperate folder. Each backup is saved separately so you can go 'back in time' and find and restore a previous version of your work.

New Items in the 'Tools' Menu

New items have been added to the 'Tools' menu to make it easier to get to the 'Compact & Backup' and 'Restore Database Structure' functions.
