Over the past three days (21st to 23rd July 2010) we have been emailing all of the people for whom we have records who bought a copy of Business Plan Writer from The Tool Factory.

This is the email being sent out - and if any visitors to this website know of people who bought a legacy copy of Business Plan Writer from The Tool Factory - please ask them to get in touch.


According to the (incomplete) records I was able to get from The Tool Factory before it closed, you or one of your colleagues bought a copy of Business Plan Writer sometime in the past.

If this is so then you may be interested in getting an updated copy completely free of charge – if this is not the case I’m sorry for wasting your time!

I am the original and current developer of Business Plan Writer and have always offered my software on a ‘free updates’ basis to customers.

This Step-by-Step Guide to Updating Business Plan Writer explains the whole updating process but as I think you did indeed buy a copy then all you have to do is reply to me confirming this and I’ll email you a ‘coupon code’ which will allow you to get a new updated copy of Business Plan Writer at no cost (including new software key etc).

Alternatively, you can visit www.businessplanwriter.co.uk and start the updating process from there (but on the website you will be asked to provide some evidence of purchase…).

Please get in touch if you want to check for a ‘catch’ before accepting – but I am really am only trying to reconnect with and offer good service to customers of a venture (The Tool Factory) in which I used to be a partner.
