First of all, make sure your work in your current copy of Business Plan Writer is safe - if you have version 1.2 then you can use the backup function to make a copy of your work. If you have an earlier version you will need to manually copy Business Plan Writer's database to a safe location.
Scroll down to the bottom-left, find the 'User login' area and log in with the username and password you gave us when you bought your copy of Business Plan Writer. If you can't remember your password then click the 'Request new password' link.
When you have logged in stay towards the bottom-left of the screen, look for the 'My Account' menu item (highlighted) and click it
Once in your 'My Account' page click on the 'Files' or 'File Downloads' links (highlighted) to access the updated version of Business Plan Writer
Decide if you are going to download a .exe or a .zip version of the installer and click it's name (highlighted)
If you are presented with a warning, give permission for the installer to be downloaded to your computer
Once downloaded, run the file and install Business Plan Writer (this will need Administrator privilidges as usual) - it will detect your previous version and SHOULD save your previous data automatically.
