Excellent Customer Service. I bought the Small Business Plan writer and only then did I realise it wasn't compatible with a Mac. There was no quibbling regarding a refund, although it was my mistake, and I got my money returned straight away. Excellent Customer Service!

What can I say? This product
What can I say? This product is superb! As someone who was used to having teams of accountants to model, tweak and ammend business plans for me, I was genuinely impressed with BPW when the need arose for me to 'get down and dirty' with the dark art of business plan writing for myself!
After a very simplistic payment and download, I was intuitively entering data and benefiting from output financials within a matter of hours.
As a direct result of this product I have secured investment for my product and will be taking my product to market in the very near future.
The product support is second to none; if only all 'customer service' was as swift and professional as that provided by BPW.
I cannot commend this product highly enough - can't wait for the 5 year business plan to come out; talk about an even steeper learning curve!

I am a Chartered Accountant who was very impressed with what I saw and I certainly will recommend this product to clients.
There are many business plans software but most of them are USA biased. For a UK system, I recommend it fully and also am looking forward to the upgrade to 5 year-business plan.

Brilliant Customer Service - thank you Dave for your help and support in getting this set up after a slight hiccup.
The software does what it say it will, good format and prompts, it helped focus my mind which enabled me to produce the 1st draft very quickly.
Yes, I'd buy it again, always a good test question.
Area for improvement - maybe I just haven't spotted this yet and it's already there? Layout and style - I guess I can do this once I've saved as a WORD .doc anyway so not a problem

I thought that the Business Plan Writer was very user-friendly, and was a great guidance in putting a business plan together.
It really helps to organise your thoughts and ideas to produce a professional business plan. The financial aspect of the software is invaluable.

Excellent product. Having created many business plans for small businesses I’m very impressed with the ease in which a new business plan can be created. I have previously used Business Plan Pro which is very thorough and time consuming. However, Business Plan Writer does the same job and is easier to navigate and to complete, plus is only a fraction of the cost.
